I have stayed in this hotel for a full 30 days, I can only say that my stay was more than wonderful. From the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left, I was treated in a very wonderful and very friendly manner by all the hotel staff. They treated me like I was part of their family. I thank all the hotel employees for their very wonderful services. I also thank them for the information they provided me, which made my stay in Qatar comfortable and happy. Whenever I asked for help from them, there was someone who would respond to my requests around the clock.The hotel restaurant and the food were very good and very delicious, and I enjoyed eating my food there. Thank you to the hotel manager, Miss Bushra, for everything she did to help me and make my stay just perfect. This hotel is Highly recommended without any doubt.

The hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and our delightful four-day stay at the luxurious Golden Tulip Hotel in Doha, Qatar, exceeded our expectations. Situated just a 5-minute walk from the Corniche and the Museum of Islamic Arts, and a short drive from shopping centers, restaurants , and the famous Qatar National Museum, this five-star establishment boasts a prime location. A week before my parents' arrival, the proactive front office manager, Mr. Haykel Ben Saad, graciously offered me (because I live in Doha) a tour of the facilities. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by the reception team, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms were impressively spacious and impeccably clean, featuring convenient amenities like a laundry machine and kitchenette. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of top-notch facilities, including a spa, massage services, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and delicious buffets. I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10/10, especially commending the reception team, Mr. Haykel, and Miss Kaycee for their consistent assistance and exceptional hospitality. Without hesitation, I recommend this remarkable hotel to anyone seeking accommodation in Doha. For further information, do not hesitate to reach out to them.

Nice hotel, severely impacted by poor tour customer service

Overall the quality of the hotel room was nice, and the restaurant serves a good standard breakfast and buffet evening meal. However the overall customer service is extremely poor. In particular, I had a very pushy reception colleague (Manu) who heavily oversold tours (including the length of the tour, and stops on other tours). I was also pressured in paying cash for items, and was taken to a cash point at 3am in the morning with no explanation - not the greatest welcome to a new country! During the tours, I had multiple issues, including: 1) The driver arriving ~one hour late, delaying the start of the tour, without the time being compensated. 2) The driver missing stops on the advertise description. (I was later told it was my responsibility to tell the driver if I wanted to go to or stop at scheduled / advertised locations, which was unusual, as I didn’t know many of the places as a tourist.) 3) My tour guide was constantly on his phone trying to arrange other customer's trips for the next few days. He also openly spoke to his colleagues in a different language (which I have an awareness off), amongst other things saying he didn’t want to take me around to certain places, and was tired so would speed up the tour. 4) Both of my tours being well over 1 hour shorter than advertised. When I tried to contact there team to resolve the issues, they were less than forthcoming. This included them consistently denying the issue, despite me showing them WhatsApp screenshots from their colleague admitting the issues. They then (and still are) ignoring all emails about the issue, so have left it unresolved. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, as the poor service, significantly outweighs any benefits, and in my case ruined my trip.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, which I would rate 5 out of 5. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome enough to want to stay forever or come back to Doha again. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and it was easy to approach the staff for any help. I could see that the staff truly loved their work and I can confidently say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

The hotel is at an amazing location with different kind of restaurants nearby. Near to souq waqif with only 10 mins walk. Amazing staff and facilities. Loved the sauna and the jacuzzi particularly. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it
